Tracey Drake RYT is offering a mixed-level Hatha Yoga class with modifications to accommodate different levels emphasizing poses, breathing and meditation. Tracey's wish is for her students to find a sense of well-being as they work the classes, within their own comfort level. She creates a freindly. non-competitive atmosphere while maintaining a sense of fun and entertainment.
